IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING.
OUR JEWELRY IS DELICATE AND FRAGILE
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they were issued.

Our made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns.
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to support.strawberrishh@gmail.com to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
